The location is fantastic, right across from the train station! The bed was comfortable, and the room met all my needs while being clean and warm. Great experience for a quick visit!

Sadly, the reception staff lacked friendliness and hospitality. I felt unwelcome , which took away from the whole experience.

Got the same brand-new and clean guest room with 2 single beds booked online, greatly enjoyed that. Central heating and television were a bonus. The location was great in a nice enough area, short walk to the subway, and the Train Station local and international...

We liked particularly good and magnificent location.

The hotel was quiet little and pleasant in general, had hospitable staff in the night shift. Central heating and multi-channel television in our double room were useful during stay. Could walk to the train station, just 5 minutes.

The location near the train station was super convenient! But the room was stuffy, with a strange smell and an uncomfortable bed.

It was a nice little hotel in a quiet area, just off many restaurants, the centre and shops, restaurants and transport to all Paris. The location was good and excellent - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

Room heating failure!!! Absurd cash bed tax policy delaying room access!!! Dark stairways and hallways make navigation difficult!!! Manual room keys seem outdated!!! Safety concerns with unsecured luggage handling!!!

Be cautious when exploring the area at night. It's advisable to travel in groups for safety.

Where to begin? My room was so tiny, it reminded me of a suitcase with a window. Plus, no one helped with my sweltering discomfort or the late-night sirens. I thought a complimentary upgrade was in order at least, but clearly, I was mistaken. I almost left a good review, but I just couldn't.

The room had a tv, private bathroom, shower, and free toiletries. Heating was good, and the view from the room was nice. Loved the extras like the alarm clock and the carpeted floors. The spa facilities were an unexpected treat!
